My weight has been a roller coaster ride. I lost a lot of weight and put most of it back on, and was feeling tired, crabby and had no energy. In November, 2019, I joined a gym and paid for personal training. The pandemic hit and I gained more weight. Frustration set in and I thought I would never get to the point that I had some energy.
